3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) UUJLBet account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through another person — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance therein.
3.2 Accurate Information
You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. UUJLBet may request supporting documents (government-issued ID, proof of address) at any time to verify your identity. Failure to provide these within 7 calendar days of a formal request may result in account suspension.

5.2 Void Bets
A bet may be declared void and your stake refunded in the following situations:

5.3 Odds and Results

Accepted odds at the time of bet confirmation are binding — any subsequent change does not affect your bet. Official results as declared by the relevant sports governing body are used to settle all markets.
5.4 Error and Palpable Mistakes
UUJLBet reserves the right to correct or void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a human or system error (a "palpable mistake"). We will notify affected players and refund stakes where bets are voided under this clause.
6. Bonuses and Promotions

- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated per promotion) before withdrawal. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ₱500 bonus means you must place ₱10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
- One Bonus Per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one per household, device, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated.
- Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically.
